What you agree to when you order
The terms on which Vellaro Studio sells through this website. Plain conditions, governed by Indian law.
Who sells to you
You are contracting with Vellaro Studio, an Indian sole proprietorship in Jaipur, Rajasthan selling greenhouses, covers, shade cloth and greenhouse film.
This shop deals in portable mini greenhouses; walk-in greenhouses; replacement covers, film and shade cloth. Anything outside that is not ours to supply.
How an order is formed
Your order is an offer; ours is accepted at the moment the parcel is handed to the courier.
Publishing mistakes happen. Where one does, we cancel, refund in full and explain the same working day.
Payment terms
All prices are Indian Rupees with tax included. We accept UPI and Cash on Delivery, as described on the Payment Policy. Delivery charges are set out on the Shipping Policy.
Policies that form part of these terms
The Shipping Policy, the Refund and Returns Policy and the Cancellation Policy form part of these terms and should be read with them.
Using this website
- content here, including images and copy, is ours and may not be lifted for another storefront
- automated scraping, bulk querying and anything that degrades the site for other visitors is prohibited
- we cancel orders we believe to be fraudulent or placed under another person’s details
What we are responsible for
We are answerable for the goods being as described and for the timings on the Shipping Policy, not for a courier’s delay or for misuse. Nothing above affects your statutory rights in India.
Legal
Indian law governs this agreement, and the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have jurisdiction over any dispute.
We reserve the right to update these terms, without retrospective effect on existing orders.
