On our bench
Packing happens in Jaipur, Rajasthan and produces no tracking event yet.

Once it is scanned in. Metro addresses sit at the quick end of that window.

When it leaves us
An order confirmed before 3:00 PM IST on a working day joins that day’s handover; anything later is packed the next working morning.
We pack in 1–3 business days and dispatch Monday to Saturday. Sundays and public holidays are not working days here, and we do not pretend otherwise by quoting calendar days.
Padding goes where the item is weakest. That is the whole of our packing policy and it is why breakages are rare.
What you pay to have it sent
Free delivery starts at ₹5,999. Under that you pay a flat ₹249 at checkout and nothing more.
No handling fee, no packaging fee, no fuel surcharge. The charge at checkout is the charge.
COD is offered nearly everywhere we deliver. If your address or basket falls outside it, you will see that before you confirm.
Tracking
Which courier carries an order is decided by the destination, never by the order value. You get a tracking link by email and SMS on the day of dispatch.
Weekend scans are the least reliable. After seventy-two hours with no update, let us know and we deal with the courier on your behalf.

Delivery area
- India only, to any PIN code our couriers serve
- A physical street address is required; couriers here do not deliver to PO boxes
- If a parcel comes back undelivered we can send it out again for the flat charge
