Getting your order
What does delivery cost and how long does it take?
Free on orders of ₹5,999 and above, otherwise a flat ₹249 anywhere in India. We pack in 1–3 business days and transit runs 5–12 business days, so plan for 6–15 business days door to door.
How can I pay?
Either UPI before dispatch or cash when it arrives. See the Payment Policy.
How do I track my order?
You get the link by email and SMS when the parcel leaves. Scans sometimes pause for a day, which the Track Your Order page covers.
When it is not right
Can I return something I have changed my mind about?
Yes. The window is 7 days from delivery and the item has to come back unused and boxed. Conditions are on the Refund and Returns Policy.
What if it arrives broken or does not work?
Send the unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery. We replace or refund in full at no return cost. It is arrival cover rather than a warranty.
Practical questions
Will a portable greenhouse survive the monsoon?
Only if it is anchored. Every walk-in model needs guy ropes or ground pegs into something solid, because an unanchored frame is a kite.
How long does the cover last?
UV-stabilised covers are rated in the listing. Direct sun all year shortens any plastic, which is exactly why covers are sold separately.
Does it need ventilation?
Yes. Roll the door up on a hot day or you cook what is inside. A closed greenhouse in an Indian summer gets far hotter than the air outside.
Can I use shade cloth instead of a cover?
They do different jobs. Cloth cuts light and heat, film keeps rain and wind off, and plenty of people use both.
Do you have a counter?
We trade online only, with no counter open to the public. The workspace is in Jaipur, Rajasthan and our hours are Monday – Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST. Closed on Sundays and public holidays.
