Collection, use and retention of personal data by Vellaro Studio, under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
The data we hold
- contact and delivery details, without which no order can be fulfilled
- order history, so we can answer a question about a past order
- emails and form messages, held against the order they concern
- site logs covering requests and errors, used to keep the site up
Nothing about how you paid is stored on this site. Approval is done on your device and we receive a result, not a credential.
What it is used for
Fulfilling the order, supporting it afterwards, and meeting our record-keeping obligations. Nothing beyond those three.
Nothing here is sold, rented or shared with advertisers. There is no data-broking arrangement of any kind.
Who it is shared with
- the courier carrying your parcel, who needs the address and a contact number
- the infrastructure providers behind the website and its mailbox
- government or legal authorities, but only where we are legally required to
How long it stays
Records tied to an order stay for the statutory accounting period and are then removed. Everything else goes once it is answered.
Rights you have
Ask us what we hold, have it corrected, or have it deleted where the law does not require us to retain it. experience@vellarostudio.shop is the address for such requests.
Connections are encrypted and access to the order database is restricted to fulfilment.
